This page is the top of an index of all the GPF applications and feedback forms we can still find. They take the form of PDF files of the scanned paper forms until 2007 when the application process became all-digital.
After each expedition a feedback form is ( should be!) returned. These give a summary of the expedition's findings, and some idea of the actual costs. They are included in the archive, either in the Feedback forms archive for 2001-2008, excluding 2005, or attached to the end of the original application in the archive below.
We are in the process of making this archive more consistent and useful, adding more documents, and putting current applications into a database.
